Welcome to Vacation Town, a mobile game developed and published by Rui Yong Corp. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vacation Town, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

3. License

Rui Yong Corp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vacation Town for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or modify the game.

6. Virtual Goods & Currency

Any virtual items or currency you acquire in Vacation Town have no real-world monetary value. Rui Yong Corp may modify or eliminate virtual goods at any time without notice or liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity under your account. Rui Yong Corp is not responsible for any unauthorized access.

8. Account Deletion

We value your privacy and the security of your personal information. If you would like to delete your account, you may do so by following the steps outlined below:

• Log In to Your Account:

  • Open the app and log in to your account using your registered username and password.

• Navigate to Account Settings:

  • Once logged in, go to the Settings menu on the side menu bar.

• Delete Account:

  • In the Settings menu, find and select the delete account button.

  • Select this option to initiate the account deletion process.

• Confirm Account Deletion:

  • After selecting Delete Account, you may be prompted to confirm your decision. Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed, and this action cannot be undone.
